We take great pride and satisfaction that your parcel always leaves us packaged safely and with some love inside.
We are in business to help YOU love YOUR Gin Things and NOT to make a profit on our deliveries. Having said that in order for us to ensure your parcel arrives with you quickly and in a quality condition we do have to charge postage and packaging for our orders, but we do feel we are very reasonable with our delivery charges and there are opportunities for you to receive FREE deliveries.
Standard UK Postage & Packing: £2.95 per order
Orders to UK customer addresses are currently sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Post and as such you should typically expect delivery 3-5 working days after we receive your order.
Delivery is charged as priced on each order. Once you have placed an order it will be dispatched the same working day or the next working day depending on the time the order was placed.
We currently only offer a delivery service within the UK mainland via Royal Mail. In order to have your purchases conveniently delivered to a business or different address, you have the option of providing a delivery address that is different to the billing address during the order process.
Please make sure that the billing address remains the address that the payment card is registered to otherwise it may delay the order processing.
A copy of the invoice is not enclosed in your parcel and will not be sent separately. However, you can access and download your invoice from the My Account area on the site. We will only include a packing list with no values attached.
- Free Delivery Over £20 applies to all UK orders up to 2kg weight.
- Please note, delivery times are from Date of Despatch rather than Date of Order. Orders are typically despatched within 48 hours from order.
- Working days are Monday to Friday. This excludes Bank Holidays.
- Orders over 10kg in weight going to Northern Ireland or Scottish Highlands & Islands may be subject to additional postage costs.
- If you place your order over a Bank Holiday weekend, your order will be despatched on the Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday
- Please note that during seasonal times there may be a slight delay in the despatch of your order.

Delivery Notifications
You will receive an email at the address you have specified when your order has been despatched.
Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be delivered.
What do I do if I have not received my parcel?
If you have not received your parcel 7 working days after you was informed by us that it has been despatched, then please email us with your order number at hello@everylittleginthing.com
Delivery timescales
If your order is placed before 3 pm (subject to passing necessary checks), it will be shipped the same day via Royal Mail Second Class Delivery. Next day delivery is not available to customers at the moment.
International deliveries
We do NOT offer delivery of goods to overseas locations.
Missed deliveries
If you are not in to receive the delivery at the time the delivery is attempted, the delivery company will leave you a card to notify you of the missed delivery attempt. This will allow you to either telephone them to arrange a redelivery at a more convenient time or collect it from your local sorting office.
If for any reason the item is returned to us (e.g. incorrect address specified), we will attempt to inform you immediately by email as soon we receive the item. From this point forth, you will be given a choice whether you wish us to re-dispatch the item. Please note that for items that were undelivered through fault of the consumer, Every Little Gin Thing reserve the right to charge for outward postage fees if re-dispatch is required.
Late deliveries or despatch
Although Every Little Gin Thing can ship almost every order in the specified delivery timescale, in rare circumstances our administration capacity can be exceeded and cause a delay of one extra day. We regret that this situation can occur occasionally, this an unfortunate situation which is naturally associated with buying online, however this only occurs in rare situations and, should this occur, your -order is marked for urgent delivery the following day. The other circumstance which may cause a delay is when the delivery service itself (Royal Mail) has a problem. This, again, is a rare situation but is unfortunately beyond our control. In these situations, Every Little Gin Thing will do our very best to take responsibility for the situation and ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
Consequential loss for late deliveries
Every Little Gin Thing do not provide financial compensation to cover consequential losses, e.g. Time taken off work to receive deliveries, or if the item was ordered as a gift and it didn’t arrive on time.
